Monday, June 25:

1. Large bowl of pasta: whole grain wheat pasta, broccoli, peas, two dashes of soy milk, two tablespoons of earth balance vegan butter, and a handful of cheddar flavored daiya cheese

2. 20 ounce Dr. Pepper

3. Two Coreplex chewable vitamins: 120% vitamin A, 400% vitamin C, 200% vitamin D, 67% vitamin E, 100% Thiamine, 110% Riboflavin, 80% Niacin, 100% vitamin B-6, 100% folic acid, 100% vitamin B-12, etc.
